Instrumentation Design engineer having experience (minimum 15+ years) in Basic and Detailed design Engineering.Candidate should have knowledge on following:
Qualification: M.E./ B.E-Instrumentation
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Document/Deliverable Management.
- Experience with SPI-INtools is a must.
- able to do 3D model review and instruct designers plus coordinate with client to raise & resolve issues.
- Shall have basic knowledge in AutoCAD tool
- Shall have relevant experience in detailed engineering for Instrumentation and Control discipline for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.
- Shall have an excellent knowledge of Standards, Principles, Practices and Procedures related to instrumentation and control engineering.
- Shall have experience in preparation of Design basis, specification, data sheets and sizing for various instruments including, control valves, PSVs, flowmeters etc.
- Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Index/ Various control system I/O lists.
- Shall have experience in Preparation of Wiring, Loop Drawings , Instrument location , cable routing drawings etc.
- Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Sizing calculations / Review & comment Vendor Calculations.
- Inter department co-ordination as required.
- Preparation of material requisition (Requisition for Quotation).
- Review of vendor offers, Raise TQs and selection of technically qualified vendor for the given application. Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis.
- Review of vendor deliverables to ensure their technical compliance. Provide necessary inputs to other disciplines.
- Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Offer Evaluation & vendor document review
- Working with Client/ PMC for resolving the Technical queries, obtaining the necessary technical approvals, etc
- Adherence to Quality Assurance system, applicable procedures, Design basis, Applicable design guides / Standards / Specifications as applicable
- Co-ordination with customers and vendors.
- Monitoring on a daily basis to ensure that planned works have been completed to the customers reasonable satisfaction.
- Supporting for Proposal works / Manhours Estimation.
