Development Director II (Temporary)

Game Production Solutions (GPS) builds the technology that supports creativity at every stage of development. Partnering closely with game teams across EA, we develop solutions that bring ideas to life in-game, faster - empowering game makers to build the experiences that matter most and deliver unforgettable games.
As a Development Director II, you’ll provide program management leadership on a complex, cross-functional technology initiative. You’ll be responsible for building a comprehensive and actionable project plan that clearly defines scope, estimates, and resourcing needs. You’ll coordinate contributions across multiple organizations, actively manage execution, and ensure risks and dependencies are addressed. Reporting to senior IT leadership, you’ll deliver transparency and confidence through clear communication, enabling alignment and successful delivery across the organization
