Job Description

This role involves diligent management of demands related to the Access to Information Law, coordinating with various departments and legal teams. Key responsibilities include preparing responses, controlling legal deadlines, and overseeing Ombudsman responses. The position also requires monitoring related party transactions, collecting data for regulatory bodies, and tracking monthly audit actions to ensure compliance. Furthermore, the analyst will support strategic initiatives, manage key deliverables, and assist in organizing events and collecting data for surveys and awards, ensuring validation with managers.
Must have:
  • Manage demands related to Access to Information Law.
  • Prepare responses and control legal deadlines.
  • Oversee Ombudsman responses for external managements.
  • Monitor related party transactions and collect data for CONF and CVM.
  • Track monthly audit actions and ensure action plan compliance.
  • Monitor strategic initiatives, deliverables, and progress updates.
  • Support GE event organization (agenda, invitations, material).
  • Assist in data collection for surveys and awards.

Job Details

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the attributions;
  • SAP;
  • Power BI;
  • Excel;
  • Power Point;
  • SharePoint.

EDUCATION

  • Higher education in Engineering, Administration, or Economics.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-graduate MBA in Compliance, Forensics, or Risk Management.

ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Diligence of demands linked to the Access to Information Law, in articulation with management and Legal (if necessary);
  • Preparation of responses to claimants and control of legal deadlines;
  • Diligence of Ombudsman responses related to external GIT managements;
  • Monitoring of transactions with related parties and data collection for CONF and CVM;
  • Monthly monitoring of audit actions in articulation with those responsible, ensuring compliance with action plans;
  • Monitoring of the status of Cenpes' strategic initiatives in articulation with sponsors and leaders, diligently managing key deliveries and updating monthly progress;
  • Support for the organization of GE events (agenda validation, invitations, material consolidation, related publications);
  • Support for data collection to respond to surveys and awards (preparation of responses, validation with managers, and submission of responses in systems).
