This role seeks an exceptional product leader to collaborate with a major global client's product and executive teams, shaping and executing a world-class portfolio in Food & Beverage and Facilities Management technology. The position acts as a de facto CPO, influencing without direct authority, bridging cultures and agendas, and aligning stakeholders. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, stakeholder management, execution oversight, and team development. Success involves becoming an extension of the client's team, ensuring aligned global product strategy, and scaling innovations with measurable impact.

Job Description

We’re seeking an exceptional product leader to work side-by-side with a major global client’s product and executive teams, shaping and executing a world-class portfolio in Food & Beverage and Facilities Management technology.

Why This Role Is Unique

This isn’t a typical product leadership role. You will:

  • Act as a de facto CPO for a global enterprise portfolio while collaborating closely as a counterpart within our client’s organization and governance.
  • Influence without direct authority, aligning multiple regions, business units, and executive stakeholders toward a shared vision.
  • Bridge cultures and agendas, balancing strategic priorities from global and regional leadership with internal delivery teams and partner ecosystems

Key Responsibilties

Strategic Leadership

  • Define, champion, and evolve the global product vision and multi-year roadmap across F&B and Facilities Management tech.
  • Translate business goals, client imperatives, and technical feasibility into an integrated, high-impact product strategy.
  • Identify and incubate new market opportunities and emerging technologies that can be scaled globally.

Stakeholder & Influence Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic bridge between the client’s global product leadership, regional teams, internal engineering/design orgs, and vendor partners. Collaborating as a true counterpart within their organization and governance model.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and product leaders, driving alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Navigate and align diverse regional agendas, ensuring global governance while enabling local innovation.

Execution & Portfolio Oversight

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple products/ projects, from inception and MVP to scaling and continuous optimization.
  • Lead portfolio prioritization, balancing quick wins with long-term transformation initiatives.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes, owning KPIs, OKRs, and financial performance.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional product team, product owners, Design leaders, strategists and engineering.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Serve as an executive thought partner, influencing strategic business and technology decisions at the highest levels

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years in product leadership roles, with at least 5 years at Director/VP level in large-scale enterprise contexts.
  • Proven success influencing and delivering within complex, global matrix organizations. Ideally as a partner/vendor to enterprise clients.
  • Deep expertise in multi-product portfolio management, including governance, funding, and cross-region execution.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

  • Skilled at influence without direct authority in complex organizational structures.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline, able to pivot between driving vision and execution.
