You will be a key leader within our sales organization, driving a cohesive partnership strategy that fuels business growth, innovation, and customer success. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and managing a robust partner ecosystem that enhances our product value and expands our market reach. Your work will directly impact iManage’s ability to co-innovate, deliver exceptional customer outcomes, and maintain our position as the market leader in LegalTech.
iM Responsible For…
- Developing and championing the overall partnership strategy aligned with business objectives, including revenue growth and market expansion.
- Building and managing a technology partnership ecosystem that drives value through integrations with ISVs and other strategic partners.
- Leading the full partnership lifecycle – from identifying and negotiating agreements to onboarding, enablement, and activation.
- Driving co-selling, co-marketing, and co-innovation initiatives that create win-win scenarios for iManage and its partners.
- Serving as the primary executive advocate for high-value partnerships, ensuring clear communication, conflict resolution, and long-term trust.
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure partnership performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
- Building and leading a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Aligning cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partnerships, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- A proven track record of delivering business growth through partner ecosystems, with strong expertise in LegalTech, SaaS, or related technology industries.
- Experience structuring complex agreements, revenue-sharing models, and joint ventures.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Ecosystem management experience, building multi-layered partner networks (system integrators, ISVs, MSPs).
- Expertise in Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Partner Incentive Management (PIM), and partner marketing automation.
- Background in LegalTech or experience with B2B SaaS integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success with co-marketing programs and ROI-driven partner campaigns.
