The Director of Product Management for DevOps at Flexera would be a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product vision for DevOps capabilities within the Flexera One platform. This includes driving innovation, aligning with enterprise cloud strategies, and delivering solutions that support cloud migration, governance, and optimization.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the multi-year product strategy for DevOps capabilities, aligned with Flexera’s broader ITAM, FinOps, and SaaS Management convergence goals
• Customer-Centric Development: Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product features that enhance DevOps workflows and cloud-native integrations
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features and go-to-market success
• Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools with Flexera One, leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use KPIs and analytics to guide product decisions, measure success, and iterate on features

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in product management leadership roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in product analytics and insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
