Job Description
This role as a Driver Haulaway involves the safe and timely transfer of vehicles and materials between Nissan plants, suppliers, and dealers in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Key responsibilities include knowing parking and unloading procedures, lashing methodology, and reporting vehicle anomalies. The position requires adherence to traffic regulations, defensive driving, and experience on federal highways. Candidates must manage documentation for plant entry/exit, understand basic maintenance, and apply essential safety protocols during internal maneuvers, including tarping and untarping.
Must have:
- Report vehicle anomalies during maneuvers.
- Deliver product on time and with original quality.
- Deliver vehicle unloading reports.
- Transfer materials between plants and national/regional suppliers (over 100 km round trip).
- Transfer materials between plants within the city (under 100 km round trip).
- Adhere to 80 km/hr speed limits.
- Circulate in low lanes.
- Administer documents for plant entry and exit.
- Take responsibility for assigned/shared equipment (maintenance/certified).
- Ramp boxes in unloading areas (Docks).
- Articulate and disarticulate fulls.
- Notify Sinergias/Civac operators when transports are ready.
- Follow basic safety protocols (Stop - Notify - Wait for Instructions).

- Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of parking areas at the queen's position of the NMEX plants for transfer operation. Report any anomaly detected in vehicles during the maneuver.
- Knowledge of vehicle unloading maneuvers.
- Knowledge of lashing methodology.
- Knowledge of the queen control process.
- Delivery of product on time and with original quality.
- Knowledge of safe road circulation for cargo care.
- Knowledge of dealer and supplier points.
- Delivery of vehicle unloading report.
- 5 years in previous role.
- Education/Certifications:
- Completed secondary education.
- Previous Work Experience
Synergies & Civac
- Transfer of materials between Plants / National (Regional) Suppliers > 100 km round trip.
- Standard knowledge of collection from suppliers.
- Knowledge of traffic regulations / NOM's & Application. Knowledge of current truck driving rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of safe rest areas.
- Knowledge of collection and delivery points.
- Special maintenance knowledge.
- Defensive driving (Applied & Proven).
- Experience on federal highways and their origin-to-destination regulations.
- Maximum Safety knowledge (what to do in case of Accident / Theft).
- 3 years in previous role.
Interplants A1- A2
- Transfer of materials between Plants < 100 km round trip. (City).
- Respect speed limits of 80 Km/hrs.
- Circulation in Low Lanes.
- Document administration upon Entry / Exit from Plants.
- Responsibility for an assigned / Shared team. (Maintenance / certified).
- Basic maintenance knowledge.
- Essential safety knowledge.
- 1 year in previous role.
Internal Maneuvers
- Knowledge of all unloading areas (Docks) / Materials.
- Ramping of Boxes in unloading areas (Docks).
- Articulate & Disarticulate Fulls.
- Knowledge of the entire standard of operation within the Plant.
- Document Flow (Invoice Delivery / EV Receipt).
- Notification of Ready Transports to Sinergias / Civac operators.
- Tarping / Untarping.
- Basic safety knowledge (Stop - Notify - Wait for Instructions).
