Job Description

The eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist will support business scaling by protecting the business and brands on Amazon and other marketplaces. Responsibilities include addressing account health and listing issues, executing listing compliance reviews, monitoring and reporting on risks, creating internal policies, and supporting investigations. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. The candidate will work closely with the brand management team to ensure compliance across all brands and markets. This position is within the European team, based in London.

Pattern is expanding, and we are looking for an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist to join our European Team in London to support the scaling of the business by protecting our business & brands we represent on Amazon and other marketplaces.

What is the day in the life of an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist?

  • Promptly address account health & listing issues by working closely with the brand management team to ensure compliance across all brands and markets. 

  • Execute and own listing compliance reviews across all categories (supplements, food, cosmetics, home improvement, knives & blades, apparel, sporting goods etc.)

  • Monitor and report on potential risks and non-compliance to local regulations and marketplace policies across our European business. 

  • Determine risk profile for brands and markets, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed. 

  • Create and implement internal policies and procedures across various compliance functions.

  • Support the Head of the function in executing investigations, appeals, POAs & escalations. 

  • Maintain an independent mindset and effectively alert and challenge, where necessary, to achieve a robust second line of defence.
