The eCommerce Compliance Manager is a dynamic, people oriented, highly analytical person to oversee ecommerce compliance efforts. This role will work on the account health team to manage Pattern’s compliance with various ecommerce platforms’ policies. This role also proactively reviews product listing content and works with the selling teams to ensure marketplace policy compliant listings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coupang, Gmarket, Naver and other Korea marketplaces policy expertise with a focus on new and changing policies.
- Manage product listings through reviews of new content
- Product catalog auditing to ensure compliance with ecommerce platform policies
- Monitor and update banned keywords and products from ecommerce marketplaces
- Monitor notices from ecommerce platform compliance departments
- Determine best ways to respond to seller account issues
- Proactively troubleshoot potential issues
- Communicate issues with the seller team
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience within Korea marketplaces
- Experience with Health specifically writing plans of action and responding to performance notifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Precise attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong judgement and commitment to ethics
- An eagerness to learn
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Korea marketplaces or ecommerce landscape
- Japan marketplaces: Amazon, Rakuten will be PLUS
- Experience with compliance enforcement
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Previous experience working in a high-stakes business environment
