Key Responsibilities :
- Audits on listing - competition, own products, keywords, providing deep insights and inputs on observations, driving interventions to completion to achieve goals.
- Account management liaising with marketplace managers of Amazon, Flipkart for solving account issues, building relationships, aligning internal teams for success.
- Product launches planning and executing successful launch campaigns, monitoring, linking up with internal and external teams to drive success.
- Inventory planning ensuring inventory replenishment to avoid OOS, ensuring the fastest time to customer by planning All India inventory disposition on primary platforms like Amazon/ Flipkart.
- Deals, Promotions and Ads on-platform management of all marketing including deals, promos and ads, strategizing and executing, monitoring results for optimization.
- Category Management identifying opportunities and charting growth within and outside of operating categories aggressively.
- Reporting & Analysis Monitoring all ecommerce metrics, generating informational dashboards to aid decision making, analyzing data to drive interventions.
- Introduction of New Channels for sales.
Skills That Define Success:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in E-commerce marketing or a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
