Job Description

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for HR products. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. The manager will also lead campaign development, create sales enablement materials, and provide market insights. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and project management skills, focused on enhancing Deel's HR product offerings and market presence.

Must Have:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, for sales teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech.
  • Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.

Campaign Development:

  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.
  • Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.

Market Insights:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.
  • Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech
  • Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
