Job Description

Eureka is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the online dating app 'Pairs'. This role involves leading digital advertising strategies for new user acquisition and planning/operating mass promotions. The manager will be responsible for data-driven PDCA cycles, from identifying issues to implementing improvements. We are looking for someone who deeply understands Z-generation interests and can create innovative marketing plans based on those insights.
Good To Have:
  • Ability to perform duties in English and Chinese (not mandatory, but preferred).
Must Have:
  • Approximately 5 years or more of marketing experience at an advertising agency or operating company.
  • Experience in strategy planning and operation for mobile app user acquisition ads.
  • Experience in problem extraction through data analysis and planning/executing improvement measures.
  • Marketing planning experience based on Z-generation trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to communicate and perform duties smoothly in Japanese.
  • Problem-solving skills using logical thinking.
  • Planning ability to approach challenges with creative ideas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Formulate strategies to improve digital advertising acquisition efficiency and maximize LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
  • Optimal ad operation direction and execution management for strategy realization.
  • Data analysis and insight extraction using mobile app ad measurement tools.
  • Planning and implementation of mass promotions and activation campaigns.
  • Promote marketing measures that support brand growth in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Approximately 5 years or more of marketing experience at an advertising agency or operating company.

  • Ad operation tools: Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and other ad dashboards.
  • Analysis tools: Tableau, AppsFlyer, and other data analysis/measurement tools.
