Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, engaging with customers to identify trends, interpreting JEDEC standards, collaborating cross-functionally, and creating high-impact marketing assets.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in memory controller design, verification, or system performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of JEDEC standards and memory technologies such as DDR and LPDDR.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

About the Role

This role is instrumental in shaping product positioning, driving customer engagement, and translating technical innovation into compelling marketing narratives that resonate across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for memory controller IP, aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving technical requirements.
  • Interpret JEDEC standards and translate them into actionable product features and differentiated messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Application Engineering to ensure product-market fit and technical alignment.
  • Create high-impact marketing assets, including product briefs, datasheets, presentations, and web content to support sales enablement and brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in memory controller design, verification, or system performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of JEDEC standards and memory technologies such as DDR and LPDDR.

The annual salary range for California is $136,500 to $253,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Our benefits programs include: paid vacation and paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer match, employee stock purchase plan, a variety of medical, dental and vision plan options, and more.
