The role involves being a project manager for the design of electrical systems in the railway sector, managing assigned projects while ensuring quality, cost, and adherence to deadlines agreed with the client, coordinating and leading the project team, advising and accompanying clients in all project phases, from strategic planning to commissioning and final optimization.
Must have:
- Academic training in electrical engineering or SSS Technician in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Management skills and the ability to communicate openly.
- Precision and punctuality in the fulfillment of your tasks.
- Knowledge of CAD programs – Full Office is a fundamental requirement, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SIA EN standards.
- Knowledge of software for sizing electrical networks in low and medium voltage.
- Good knowledge of Italian (preferably native language) and good knowledge of German (B2 level).
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Revit software and the BIM environment will be considered a plus in the evaluation.

COMPITI:
- capoprogetto per incarichi di progettazione di impianti elettrici in ambito ferroviario
- gestione dei progetti affidati, assicurando il rispetto della qualità, dei costi ed il mantenimento delle scadenze concordate con la Committenza
- coordinamento e conduzione del team di progetto
- consigliare e accompagnare i clienti in tutte le fasi del progetto, dalla pianificazione strategica alla messa in funzione e all'ottimizzazione finale
- percorso di formazione accademica in ambito elettrotecnico o Tecnico SSS in elettrotecnica o titolo equipollente
- competenze gestionali e capacità di comunicare apertamente
- precisione e puntualità nell’adempimento dei propri incarichi
- conoscenze programmi CAD – Office completo è un requisito fondamentale, in particolare MS Word, Excel e PowerPoint
- conoscenza delle norme SIA EN
- conoscenze di un software di dimensionamento di reti elettriche in bassa e media tensione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana (preferibilmente lingua madre) e buone conoscenze della lingua tedesca (livello B2)
- Indipendenza, flessibilità e spirito d'iniziativa
- la conoscenza del software Revit e dell’ambiente BIM sarà considerata un plus nella valutazione
