Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing production lines for current and new models, supporting project implementation, and coordinating with various departments like production, maintenance, quality, and safety. The engineer will also collaborate with other plants for benchmarking and continuous improvement. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, possess 0-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, and demonstrate strong English communication, computer, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must have:
- Responsible of production line (Process, Facility) for current model and new model
- Support project implementation/Coordination between production, maintenance, quality and safety
- Oversea cooperate with another plant (Bench marking, New model, Kaizen)
- Other tasks as may assigns by Manager
Good to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Automotive industry
- High responsibility
- Cross-functional working

Qualifications

- Knowledge of the engineering principles and practices of the facility's engineering service
- Compuet Skills Excel, power point
- Presentation skill
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skill
- High responsibility
- Cross functional working
