Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Develop and lead all aspects of comprehensive project plans
  • Identify and address conflicting motivations and priorities of multidisciplinary engineers to converge on designs, schedules, and strategies, driving cross-team consensus and directing deliverables to conclusion
  • Identify and drive program multi-functional dependencies between teams
  • Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into a practical form for executive management
  • Maintain an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration

The Apple Audio Products Engineering team is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to help drive collaboration between cross-functional engineering teams for embedded firmware development and coordination of features with OS teams and HW engineering.

Apple is seeking a self-motivated and detailed-oriented experienced Engineering Program Manager who will play a central role in the delivery of Audio Products features. In this dynamic position, you will drive the end-to-end execution of software and embedded firmware development plans throughout the product development lifecycle and delivery stages. We are looking for someone who is striving for excellence and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes. Strong communication skills across and between a diversity of teams and team members are critical. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
