Must have:
  • Manage and track deliverables across engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, including note-taking.
  • Provide strategic mentorship on product details and requirements for new features.
  • Build relationships to achieve project results.
  • Possess 5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience in software and services delivery.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software development.
  • Ability to work with various teams and manage delivery dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Appreciate and enjoy technical challenges in software delivery.
  • Be a self-starter with strong personal responsibility and technical orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to distill and communicate information effectively.
Good to have:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.

As a member of our dynamic group, you will have the rare and rewarding opportunity to ship upcoming products that will delight and inspire millions of Apple’s customers every day. This role requires balancing a wide variety of deliverables that will rely on your talent for managing priorities and communicating progress and risks effectively.

In this position you will:

  • Work with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and cross-functionally with various organizations to manage and track deliverables.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, including taking notes.
  • Be hands-on in product details and requirements, providing strategic mentorship to teams building innovative new features.
  • Build relationships to achieve results.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related subject area, or the equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software development.
  • Enjoy technical challenges and have the ability to work with various teams, building and managing relationships to navigate delivery dependencies.
  • Versatile problem solver, equipped with a strong analytical approach to various challenges in complex environments. Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions.
  • You are someone who appreciates and enjoys the technical challenges that can exist in delivering software.
  • Self starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related subject area, or the equivalent industry experience.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
