We are seeking a highly-organized EBC Coordinator to join our Marketing team, specializing in Events and Customer Engagement, at our headquarters in San Jose, California. In this role, you will own the planning, execution, and logistics for Zscaler’s Executive Briefing Center engagements to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:

• Managing all logistics for EBC engagements, including meeting agendas, speaker scheduling, space reservations, A/V setup, catering, and swag
• Curating personalized meeting briefs with detailed agendas aligned to customer personas, priorities, and goals
• Leading coordination efforts with account teams, internal speakers, and executive stakeholders to deliver seamless event execution
• Assembling presentations from stakeholder inputs to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables for engagements
• Organizing and facilitating EBC engagements, ensuring a world-class experience for customers and internal teams
• Managing calendars, sending invites, conducting pre-brief meetings, and ensuring a smooth alignment of all stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting on EBC engagement metrics, surveys, and feedback to measure program success and identify areas for improvement

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3–5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, program coordination, or executive support, preferably within a high-tech environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse groups, including sales, executives, and external partners
• Proficiency in managing event logistics, including space reservations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and end-to-end planning
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, juggle multiple responsibilities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with corporate events or executive briefing programs in cybersecurity or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with tracking event analytics, collecting surveys, and presenting findings for program improvements
• A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to solving challenges with creativity and efficiency
