Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling, and budgeting of events.
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Administrative experience in a high-tech environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of a marketing environment and a general understanding of go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges,along with prioritizing executive initiatives in effort to optimize workflow and achieve company's key business objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events. Prepare meetings for the executive or team independently.
  • Execute expense management activities independently.
  • Assess and advocate for office space needs independently.
  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Complete travel coordination tasks independently.
