Hudl is seeking an Executive Operations Specialist or Senior Executive Operations Specialist to partner with the leadership team. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, managing calendars and logistics, and acting as a confidential hub for critical information. The specialist will ensure leaders focus on high-impact initiatives, assist in key projects, facilitate communication, and optimize time, acting as a proactive problem-solver and catalyst for strategic execution.
Must have:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment (5+ years for Senior position).
  • Ability to be trusted with highly confidential information, known for reliability and discretion.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a system to keep everything organized, constantly seeking efficiency improvements.
  • Incredible writing and editing skills, with effective communication across all roles, levels, and globally.
Good to have:
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships across all organizational levels, with confidence to work with senior executives.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana.

Your Role

We are looking for a strategic Executive Operations Specialist and a Sr. Executive Operations Specialist to act as a key partner to our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity as we are seeking to fill two roles! This is not just about managing calendars and logistics; you will be a central force driving operational excellence.

You will deeply understand the leader's operational cadence and act as a confidential hub for critical information. You will ensure the leadership team focuses on high-impact initiatives that advance our strategic priorities by assisting in key projects, facilitating communication, and optimizing their time. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver who is a catalyst for strategic execution.

This role requires working in our headquarters, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of Lincoln.

Must-Haves

  • Experienced. You have at least 1 year of experience working in a corporate environment. For the Senior position, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
  • Trustworthy. You can be trusted with highly confidential information and are known for your reliability and discretion. You are someone who can finish tasks on time with little oversight.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You have impeccable attention to detail and a system to keep everything organized. You are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
  • A strong communicator. You have incredible writing and editing skills and can communicate effectively across all roles and levels, as well as globally.

Nice-to-Haves

  • An excellent relationship builder. You can build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization and have the confidence to work with senior executives.
  • Project management experience. You have experience with project management tools, such as Asana.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

Base Salary Range:

Executive Ops Specialist - $44,000-$73,000

Sr. Executive Ops Specialist - $54,000-$90,000
