Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Based on the development status and overall strategy of four channels: regional direct retail channel, agent channel, oral pharmacy channel, mother and baby, and new retail channel, allocate and plan corresponding resources to maximize reality and enhance business opportunities and resource investment in the channels
- Based on the company's various brand strategies, sales targets, and regional characteristics, collaborate with RSM to develop four channel marketing strategies and the optimal product combination for direct retail channels, agent channels, oral pharmacy channels, mother and baby, and new retail channels within the region
- Develop an implementation plan for channel marketing activities within the region (including but not limited to new product launches, distribution plans, promotional activities, in store displays, customer communication, and store staff education) and assign the communication of such activities to sales managers at all levels
- Communicate and cooperate with the marketing department to determine consumer marketing activities that can be implemented in the region. At the same time, communicate consumer marketing plans with regional sales representatives, track the sales and execution of activities, and coordinate the headquarters brand and operational support during the execution process
- Responsible for tracking the sales/execution status of various channel activities and consumer marketing activities, and tracking and providing feedback on the execution status of regional channel activities. After the event, summarize KPI achievement and ROI analysis to improve the effectiveness of event planning and execution
- Responsible for coordinating with the headquarters channel marketing and operations department, distributing and distributing relevant materials and display tools according to the execution schedule of the event, ensuring that the sales team can obtain relevant materials and carry out the execution of the event before the start of the event
- Track the distribution progress of new product distributors and terminals, and drive summary and summary
Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies):
- Education level (education/major): Bachelor's degree or above
- Work experience: More than ten years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial and retail sales, with priority given to foreign investment work experience
- Professional knowledge/skills: Understand relevant laws and regulations on business and retail operations;
- Computer and foreign language proficiency: Proficient in using the OFFICE operating system, especially EXCEL
- Ability requirements: Proficient sales skills, good language expression and communication skills, logical thinking and market analysis abilities
