Job Description

We are Haleon, a new global consumer health company focused on improving everyday health for billions through a portfolio of leading brands like Sensodyne, Panadol, and Centrum. This role involves developing and implementing regional retail market strategies, managing and developing the sales of broad retail markets within the assigned region, and supporting the business growth of key commercial clients. The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets for company products in key accounts, increasing market share, and enhancing control over key retail markets in the region. Specifically, the role covers the broad retail business planning and achievement in the nine prefecture-level cities of Anhui Province (Southern Anhui). Success will be driven by managing distributors to achieve sales targets, driving broad retail projects with project distributors, and maintaining daily communication with key chain stores and large single stores to explore business opportunities. This also includes managing wholesale businesses, developing and managing broad retail customers, increasing market share, brand penetration, new product distribution, value chain maintenance, sales channel consolidation, marketing execution, sales data analysis, and market information collection to expand sales share, brand visibility, and influence. Close coordination with headquarters and regional functional departments is crucial for sustained business development.
Must have:
  • University diploma or above in medicine, marketing, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods sales.
  • Experience in key account management and channel management.
  • Familiarity with company products, competitor markets, and policies.
  • Proficiency in computer and common office software (Microsoft Office).
Good to have:
  • Understanding of commercial channel sales processes and operations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Basic sales skills.
  • Good language expression and communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and market analysis capabilities.
  • Personnel coaching ability.

About the role

  • 依据公司的整体政策,合理制定及实施区域内的零售广阔市场策略。
  • 负责所辖区域零售广阔市场的开发、维护与管理,所辖区域内终端客户销售策略的有效执行。
  • 支持所辖区域的重点商业客户业务发展和成长,并符合公司的规划。
  • 完成公司产品在重点客户的销售目标,提升市场占有率,提高对本区域重点零售终端市场的掌控能力

Key responsibilities

  • 负责安徽9个地级市(皖南)的广阔零售生意规划及达成
  • 通过辖区经销商的管理,完成公司管理销售指标并确保其达成。负责项目经销商的广阔零售项目推动,包括年度协议达成推进、产品铺货、市场活动执行等
  • 负责辖区内重点连锁、大单店的日常沟通维护,挖掘店内生意机会
  • 负责辖区内批发商业的沟通、渠道归拢
  • 负责所辖区域内广阔零售客户的开发、维护与管理,包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈,持续扩大本公司产品在终端的市场销售份额、品牌可见度及影响力,与客户建立并形成长期的战略合作伙伴关系
  • 与公司总部及区域相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合,积极推动生意健康持续发展。
  • 区域客户总部和分部的沟通,维护客户良好的客户合作关系,管理所辖区域客户的收益率(包括合同条款执行、费用控制和促销评估等),定期与客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。

Requirements职位要求:

  • 大学专科或以上学历,医药、市场营销或相关专业
  • 具有5年以上药品或消费品销售工作,大客户管理经验和渠道管理经验
  • 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关政策法规
  • 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点,具备一定的供应链管理的知识
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)等
