岗位职责
1)设计并实现 UE5 编辑器工具、插件，如关卡编辑器、资源管理工具、自动化脚本等，提升游戏开发效率，满足团队多样化需求。
2)透彻理解 UE5 引擎架构，运用渲染、物理等核心模块开展工具开发工作，优化工具性能，保障其稳定高效运行。
3)借助 UE5 Slate 框架与 UMG 系统搭建易用的编辑器界面，改善交互体验，让操作流程更直观、便捷。
4)根据美术、策划等不同部门需求，定制化开发 UE5 工具。运用 Python 等脚本语言，提升工具开发效率。
岗位要求
1)本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，掌握数据结构等基础课程，遵循软件工程规范开发。
2)3 年以上游戏开发经验，至少 1 年 UE5 项目经验，熟悉 UE5 开发流程，有上线项目经历、UE5 工具或插件开发经验者优先。
3)掌握 3D 图形学与渲染知识，能使用图形调试工具解决渲染问题。有 3A 项目、开放世界项目经验，掌握人工智能技术并能用于游戏开发工具者优先。
4)具备优秀的英文读写能力，能够流畅阅读英文技术文档，与国际团队进行技术交流无障碍者优先。
