Responsibilities include tracking market trends, developing integrated marketing strategies, managing local community and PR, and overseeing Spanish/Portuguese localization. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in game operations, a passion for shooter games, and familiarity with PC/console platforms and the South American market.

  • Coordinate with global publishing and operation rhythm to achieve South American regional publishing goals.
  • Proficient in local community, content, PR, and KOL operation methods in South America.
  • Continuously monitor and guide the optimization of game marketing and promotion effects.
  • Responsible for Spanish and Portuguese localization, including in-game LQA and external material production.

Job Responsibilities

1. Continuously track and operate the PC and console game market in South America, responsible for game marketing and promotion work with Brazil as the main market, and formulate effective integrated promotion strategies based on the game's core selling points;

2. Research South American market characteristics, user habits, and promotion methods, and coordinate with global publishing and operation rhythm to achieve South American regional publishing goals;

3. Proficient in local community, content, PR, and KOL operation methods in South America, continuously monitor and guide the optimization of game marketing and promotion effects;

4. Responsible for Spanish and Portuguese localization related work, including in-game LQA and external material production.

Job Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in game operations and promotion, with experience in mature PC game publishing preferred;

2. Passionate about games, especially shooter games, with rich experience in PC and console games, familiar with platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox;
