3. Data Monitoring and Optimization: Support the implementation of the ROI data monitoring system for the Japanese PC market, and timely adjust investment strategies based on promotion and product data.
4. Cross-team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and development teams to support the implementation of global activities in Japan, as well as Japan-led local activities.
1. Familiarity with Japanese and overseas PC/console games, with rich gaming experience, and a deep understanding of player communities and their needs.
2. Familiarity with the local KOL and media ecosystem, excellent market sensitivity, good at communication, and a strong sense of teamwork.
3. Deep understanding of Japanese game user segments and consumption logic, especially PC and PlayStation users.
4. Good stress resistance, ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments and communicate with overseas teams.
5. Possess data analysis skills and awareness, capable of timely adjusting and analyzing marketing and product data.
6. Language skills: Proficient in Japanese, English can be used as a working language.
