Project Spirits - Senior Combat Planner

The Senior Combat Planner will assist the lead planner in the planning and development of the game's combat section, focusing on core combat systems. Responsibilities include designing and developing combat functions, balancing combat values, and coordinating with other departments to ensure quality. Candidates should have over 5 years of game planning experience, with a strong background in action game projects and familiarity with Blueprint development.

Must Have

• Assist lead planner in combat section planning and development
• Responsible for developing core combat systems
• Assist other combat team members in combat function design and development
• Assist other combat team members in combat numerical balance design
• Coordinate and promote cooperation with other functional departments, track and control completion quality
• 5+ years of game planning experience
• Experience in 2+ complete action game projects, leading combat planning for at least one
• Ability to build overall combat framework and core gameplay
• Familiarity with Blueprint development

Good to Have

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred
• Animation foundation or storyboard design ability preferred
• Rich experience in action games and ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) games

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of game planning work experience.

2. Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

3. Experienced in 2+ complete action game projects, at least one of which involved leading combat planning work.

4. Built the overall combat framework and core gameplay of a game, and can assist other members in completing combat-related functional designs.

5. Familiar with Blueprint development, animation foundation or storyboard design ability preferred.

6. Rich experience in action games and ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) games.

7. Good teamwork skills, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure, and possess a high sense of responsibility.
