Operations Planner - Version Control (Military SLG in Development)

Responsible for implementing new game version launch plans, including coordination with marketing, and assisting in the overall planning and promotion of operational content such as community and player group maintenance. Monitor online public opinion, assess and formulate solutions for online incidents, and promptly follow up and handle various online and user feedback to ensure stable product operation. Manage and coordinate demands for full package and SDK updates. Familiar with the setup, use, and iteration of various game operation tools and platforms. Requires a bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in SLG or MMO version operations or user operations, familiarity with game development processes, and preferably planning experience. Must have rich experience in SLG games, deep understanding of SLG player needs, and in-depth understanding and experience in operating service-oriented games, with the ability to respond quickly to player needs. Strong operational risk awareness, good adaptability, and the ability to quickly resolve sudden problems encountered during operations.
