This role is responsible for building the core combat framework for an in-development realistic 3A action game, perfecting its game theory system. Key tasks include designing and developing hero gameplay, appearance, and skills, ensuring the quality of animations, effects, and audio, and optimizing the operational feel and feedback experience for players in a 3D environment.

Must Have

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building the core combat framework of the game and perfecting the game theory system for 3D melee games;

2. Responsible for the design and development of hero gameplay, appearance, and skills within the game, while controlling the quality and clarity of hero animations, effects, and audio in multiple aspects;

3. Grasp the operational feel and feedback experience of hero 3C (Character, Camera, Control), ensuring the player's control experience from a 3D perspective;

Job Requirements

1. Possess more than 8 years of game planning experience, with more than 5 years of combat/character module work experience in ARPG, MOBA, or action MMO games;

2. Have a high sensitivity to hero actions and performance, and be able to continuously refine and optimize the experience;

3. Possess the ability to accumulate methodologies and design game theory frameworks, capable of abstracting game theory models for mainstream PVP games;

4. Have at least 300+ hours of playing experience in "search, fight, retreat" (likely battle royale or similar) games, and a good grasp of the core points of such gameplay;

5. Proficient in UE5 and possess strong hands-on ability.
