Lead marketing and promotion in expanding Middle East countries, drive user insights, formulate and execute promotion strategies, and optimize cross-team content production processes. Analyze content strategies of leading C-end products in the Middle East, identify content trends, and participate in planning, creating, and producing official content for competitive social mobile games, tracking content release and performance.

Must Have

Job Description

Team Introduction

Responsibilities

1. Lead marketing and promotion in expanding countries within the Middle East region, drive user insights in segmented markets, cooperate with operations to formulate promotion strategies, follow up on implementation and review, and be responsible for promotion effectiveness.

2. Based on the regional content strategy, lead the optimization of cross-team content production processes within the Middle East, coordinate content sources including internal design teams, external creators, and suppliers, participate in adjusting the differentiated positioning of different creative sources in the overall content production matrix, and ensure a dual improvement in overall regional content capacity and quality.

3. Analyze the content strategies of leading C-end products (such as games, fast-moving consumer goods) in the Middle East region across different social platforms and media, discover popular content trends (style, plot, cultural memes) in the region and convert them into usable creative directions, participate in the planning, creativity, and production of official content (including community platforms, brand promotion materials, etc.) for leading competitive social mobile games, follow up on content release and online performance, and help content dissemination.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1 year or more of content operation experience in overseas social products or leading domestic community content products preferred.

2. Passionate about games and a master of internet surfing, a deep user of at least two platforms among Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu (or Youtube, Tiktok, INS).

3. Possess a certain foundation in project management, and English can be used as a working language.

4. Experience in creating successful viral video or graphic content is preferred.

5. Arabic reading and comprehension skills are preferred.
