Junior Engineer

This Junior Engineer role involves cleaning, exploring, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights. Responsibilities include creating dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver data solutions.

Must Have

• Recently completed (or soon completing) a Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Internship or project experience with real-world data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or MLOps.
• Publications, Kaggle rankings, or domain knowledge in relevant industries.
