Must Have

Job Description

What the Role Entails

We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional to drive international branding for our fintech business and deliver integrated B2B and B2B2C campaigns, media relations, and high-profile event participation.

  • Work closely with fintech business teams to coordinate and support the overseas communication needs of fintech operations, including formulating communication strategies, preparing communication materials, and managing relevant international projects.
  • Help to build cross-border and overseas fintech business brands, enhancing awareness through media events, PR announcements, product promotion, whitepaper and case studies, and community activities etc.
  • Work with partners in marketing to Hong Kong and overseas Chinese audiences and international fintech communities through media events, news release, thought leadership content, local market social media, and frameworks for B2B2C integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Help coordinate Tencent’s participation in major fintech industry events, such as the Hong Kong Fintech Week, Singapore Fintech Festival, and Money20/20, including speaking opportunity coordination, booth content management, pre- and post-event media engagement, speaker content management and promotion etc.
  • Produce user-centered stories in various formats (e.g., user story videos, testimonials) in coordination with product, BD and marketing teams.
  • Track and monitor overseas media coverage and social media sentiment related to fintech businesses and peers, assist in maintaining and developing media relations, and respond to related media and KOL/KOC inquiries.
  • Organize and plan content for the official website and other key social media and marketing channels targeted at local and international audiences.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing and communications field. Proven experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing, preferably within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
  • Excellent project management skills, especially for multi-stakeholder engagements and large-scale event coordination.
  • Strong ability to craft and deliver effective communication strategies, narratives, and media materials to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing PR, branding, content marketing, and social media for HK and global audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively with partners, various internal teams and senior management under pressure.
