Job Summary
Responsible for the design and production of combat characters. Design and implement combat-driven game mechanics. Optimize and iterate on combat gameplay mechanisms and performance. Collaborate with the publishing department for ongoing communication regarding promotional needs.
Must Have
- 1+ years of combat planning work experience
- Clear logical thinking, able to logically analyze problems, and express them systematically
- Experience with programming languages, or sufficient enthusiasm and potential for script writing
- Familiar with MOBA genre, able to quickly and accurately understand character design
Good to Have
- Experience or extensive involvement in strategy card games or similar genres is preferred
