Job Summary
This role involves designing and implementing combat-related gameplay, including combat styles, weapon mechanics, and monster design, for an open-world/SOC game. The successful candidate will also contribute to innovative gameplay modes. Key requirements include over one year of combat planning experience, with at least one free-view project. A deep understanding of various game genres and extensive experience with SOC games are essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong user empathy, problem-solving skills, excellent management, communication, and self-management abilities, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality, fun products. Console game experience, especially in SOC and open-world genres, is preferred.
Must Have
- Responsible for combat-related gameplay design and implementation (combat styles, weapon gameplay, monster design).
- Participate in innovative gameplay mode design and production.
- Over 1 year of combat planning experience.
- At least one free-view project experience.
- Deep gaming experience across various platforms (PC/Steam/NS/mobile/console).
- Ability to understand and summarize the fun of different game genres.
- Deep experience with multiple SOC games and understanding their fun.
- Ability to understand and empathize with users, analyze player feelings, and propose solutions.
- Excellent management and standardization awareness, capable of strict control over process nodes and acceptance quality.
- Excellent communication, stress resistance, self-management, work responsibility, and stability.
- Self-driven, self-iterating, pursuit of excellence, and a strong belief in making fun products.
- Resume must include personal console game experience (SOC type, open-world related works preferred).

- Over 5000+ hours of gaming experience.

2. Participate in the experience design and production implementation of highly innovative gameplay modes within the game.
Job Requirements
1. Over 1 year of combat planning experience, with at least one free-view project experience.
2. Profound gaming experience, having played various games across different platforms and genres such as PC/Steam/NS/mobile/console. Able to understand and summarize how the fun of different game genres is achieved. (Priority given to those with over 5000+ hours of gaming experience)
3. Deeply experienced in multiple SOC games and understands the fun of SOC games. (Priority given to those with over 1000+ hours of SOC gaming experience)
4. Able to understand and empathize with users, analyze the gaming feelings of different types of players, gain insight into real demands, and propose solutions.
5. Possess excellent management and standardization awareness, capable of strictly controlling process nodes and acceptance quality.
6. Possess excellent communication skills, stress resistance, self-management ability, as well as work responsibility and stability.
7. Able to self-drive and self-iterate, pursue excellence, overcome all difficulties, and have the belief that the product must be made fun no matter what.
