Job Summary

Responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for base skins, characters, machinery, and creatures for a military SLG game. This role involves designing animation solutions for large maps, ensuring outsourcing quality, and integrating military aesthetics with popular culture into creative content. The animator will also contribute to workflow development, quality standards, and performance optimization, while continuously enhancing artistic quality.

Must Have

  • Complete high-quality base skin animations (characters, machinery, creatures).
  • Design animation solutions for large maps and control outsourcing quality.
  • Understand military aesthetic trends and transform them into creative animation.
  • Participate in defining 3D animation workflows and quality standards.
  • Plan resource size and optimize performance.
  • At least 4 years of 3D animation experience, especially with realistic characters, creatures, and machinery.
  • Proficient in Unity3D engine and 3DMax software.
  • Solid art foundation, proficient in human, biological, and mechanical movement laws.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in skeleton setup and rigging.
  • Collaborative, proactive, responsible, and able to handle pressure.

1. According to the project style characteristics, complete high-quality base skin animation production (including characters, machinery, creatures, etc.).

2. According to the project's performance requirements, design reasonable animation implementation plans and effect presentations for large maps, and control the quality of character outsourcing.

3. Deeply understand military aesthetic trends, transforming military elements and popular culture into creative animation content.

4. Participate in formulating 3D animation workflows, quality standards, and reasonably plan resource size and performance optimization.

5. Maintain a learning attitude and continuously improve art quality.

Job Requirements

1. At least 4 years of 3D animation experience, with a deep understanding of realistic character, creature, and mechanical animation.

2. Proficient in Unity3D engine, proficient in 3DMax software and other tools.

3. Solid art foundation, proficient in human, biological, and mechanical movement laws, with high aesthetic ability.

4. Good communication, coordination, and expression skills, with awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.

5. Some knowledge and ability in skeleton setup, and rigging experience.

6. Possess a collaborative spirit, proactive awareness, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain pressure, and maintain a learning spirit.
