Job Summary
This role is responsible for the design, verification, and continuous optimization of core 3C experiences, encompassing character movement, camera, interaction, and locking mechanisms. The successful candidate will tune 3C-related parameters and rhythm to ensure a high-quality presentation of control feel, responsiveness, and feedback. Key responsibilities also include the design verification and detailed refinement of 3C-related combat and non-combat gameplay. Collaboration with programmers, animators, and artists is essential for establishing asset specifications and building 3C-related tool pipelines, ensuring a seamless and high-quality player experience in 3D third-person projects.
Must Have
- 3+ years of industry experience in 3D third-person projects (ARPG, TPS) as a combat or 3C planner
- Rich experience with action games and 3C gameplay details (character control, camera, interaction, action transitions)
- Proficiency in coding/scripting and ability to create verification demos; familiar with mainstream engines
- Strong animation aesthetics and high sensitivity to control response, action transitions, and camera feedback
- Familiarity with mainstream 3A game combat and non-combat gameplay, capable of managing 3C experience across various scenarios
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with artists and programmers
Good to Have
- Personal gaming experience (frequently played games, main genres, playtime, platforms, achievements)
- Related works: project implementation results, self-built/replicated 3C demos
- Reverse engineering documents for high-quality game motion systems/camera/animation technology

1. Responsible for the design, verification, and continuous optimization of core 3C experiences such as character movement, camera, interaction, and locking.
2. Responsible for 3C-related parameter tuning and rhythm adjustment to ensure high-quality presentation of control feel, response, and feedback.
3. Responsible for the design verification and detailed refinement of 3C-related combat and non-combat gameplay.
4. Collaborate with programmers, animators, and artists to participate in asset specification formulation and 3C-related tool pipeline construction.
Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of industry experience, having participated in 3D third-person projects (ARPG, TPS) as a combat planner or 3C planner;
2. Rich experience in action games, familiar with 3C gameplay details such as character control, camera strategy, interaction logic, and action transitions in mainstream works;
3. Possess certain coding and scripting abilities, capable of independently completing verification demos, familiar with mainstream engines;
4. Good animation aesthetics, highly sensitive to experience details such as control response, action transitions, and camera feedback.
5. Familiar with combat and non-combat gameplay of mainstream 3A games, able to control 3C experience in multiple scenarios such as exploration, movement, and interaction, and undertake related design work.
6. Good communication and collaboration skills and team spirit, able to cooperate well with artists and programmers.
