Job Summary

Collaborate with artists to design and produce in-game characters and monsters. Work with programmers to design and develop combat-related gameplay and mechanics. Follow up on combat content, optimize character and monster configuration parameters, and refine the logic for game mechanisms and functions.

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in action combat/monster design
  • Participated in 3D third-person projects (ARPG, TPS) as a combat planner
  • Familiar with combat systems, AI behavior trees, and skill system logic of mainstream engines (UE/Unity, etc.)
  • Rich experience in action games, with in-depth research and understanding of monster design, combat systems, action quality, and feedback details
  • High standards for behavior rhythm, numerical experience, action flow, and feedback details
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, able to efficiently promote solutions with multiple departments
