Job Description

As a promotion manager for 'Delta Force' in Japan, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks from strategic planning, project planning, production progress, effect measurement, and execution of promotional measures related to the game. This includes analyzing targets and effects, planning/executing strategies based on versions, resources, game operation goals, and overall promotion schedules. You will also plan and manage various measures such as influencer marketing, public relations, offline events, and OOH advertising, as well as manage UA data analysis and ad placement, continuously optimizing media, ad creatives, and localization to maximize advertising effectiveness.

What the Role Entails

  • As a promotion manager for 『Delta Force』 in Japan, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks from strategic planning, project planning, production progress, effect measurement, and execution of promotional measures related to the game.
  • Strategic Planning: Based on each version and resource situation, game operation goals, and overall promotion schedule, you will analyze targets and effects, and plan/execute strategies.
  • Planning/Production Management: Planning and progress management for various measures such as influencer marketing, public relations, offline events, and OOH advertising.
  • Web Advertising (UA) Data Analysis/Placement Management: Continuous optimization of media, ad creatives, and localization for performance-based advertising, and maximization of advertising effectiveness through data analysis.
  • Marketing Events: Formulate creative marketing events, accurately grasp the needs of target users, and execute them, combining each version and resource situation, game operation goals, and overall external rhythm.
  • Promotion Planning and Execution: Brand strategy planning and implementation, including but not limited to KOL marketing, public relations, offline events, and outdoor advertising.
  • UA Data Analysis and Ad Placement Management: Continuously improve and optimize UA placement channels, ad creative materials, and localized content, track and analyze placement data, and improve placement effectiveness.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the Japanese game industry.
  • Those who love and are deeply involved in games, especially FPS.

  • Business level Japanese language proficiency.

  • 3+ years of game marketing experience in Japan.
  • Rich game experience, especially in the shooting genre, with excellent market sensitivity and strategic ability, good at communication, and strong team cooperation awareness.
  • Possess Japanese communication skills and can use Japanese as a working language.
  • Experience studying/living/working in Japan is a plus.
  • Chinese or English communication skills are a plus.
  • Experience in console game publishing and familiarity with platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox is a plus.

Work Location: Tokyo (Toranomon Hills Business Tower)

Salary: Annual income: negotiable (with salary increase/bonus)

  • *Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be given according to company regulations.*
  • *For general employees, fixed overtime pay for 35 hours per month is included. For managers, fixed overtime pay for 10 hours is included.*

Working Hours/Holidays:

  • Working Hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30
  • Break Time: 60 minutes
  • Flex Time: Available
  • Complete Two-Day Weekend System: (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
  • Paid Leave: For the first year of employment, granted proportionally to the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.
  • Year-end and New Year Holidays: (December 30th ~ January 3rd)
  • Sick Leave (Paid): 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave)
