As a Service Delivery Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will be involved in Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance, Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Responsibilities include conducting PEPs screening and adverse media checks, performing quality checks on completed files, providing coaching and feedback to analysts, and acting as an escalation point. You will also provide KYC SME guidance, identify process gaps, and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders. The role involves analysis of lower-complexity problems and requires working in rotational shifts with tight deadlines.
