Job Description

As a sales representative for small chains and key accounts, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand promotion. Your main goals are to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and support customers' daily operations. This includes assisting in achieving sales targets, maintaining good customer relationships, executing sales strategies, implementing brand activities, collecting market feedback, collaborating across departments, and preparing sales reports.
Must have:

  • Execute specific sales strategies under regional manager's guidance.
  • Organize and promote brand activities for small chain and key accounts.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance departments.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to the regional sales manager.
  • College degree or above.
  • 2+ years of sales or customer management experience.
  • Basic market analysis and brand activity management experience.
  • Proficient in Office software, especially Excel.

Job Objective:

As a sales representative for small chains and key accounts, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand promotion, with the main goals of enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and supporting customers' daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Assist in achieving set sales figures and improve sales performance through effective customer visits and service.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with small chain and key accounts, providing quick response service to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Execute Sales Strategy: Under the guidance of the regional manager, assist in executing specific sales strategies, clarifying sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Implement Brand Activities: Assist in organizing and promoting brand promotion activities for small chain and key accounts, ensuring activities are executed as planned.
  • Collect Market Feedback: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback, timely adjust sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure the implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit sales reports, reporting project progress and market dynamics to the regional sales manager, providing support for decision-making.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Personnel Management: Direct subordinates: 0 people
  • Budget Control: Assist in the formulation and control of budgets for relevant projects, ensuring efficient and reasonable use of funds.
  • Work Area: Involves the execution of various sales plans and customer activities, including brand activities and market promotion.
  • Scope of Decision-making and Impact: Under the guidance of the regional manager, assist in customer decision-making, sales strategy execution, and resource allocation, impacting customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Education Level: College degree or above
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of sales or customer management experience
  • Professional Knowledge/Skills: Possess basic market analysis capabilities and brand activity management experience
  • Computer and Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel

Complexity:

  • Uncertain Factors in Work: Changes in market trends and fluctuations in customer demand may require plan adjustments.
  • Situations Requiring Complex Analysis: Basic data analysis is required when involving budget overruns or significant changes in customer needs.
  • Communication Complexity: Requires frequent communication with customers and various internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and timely problem resolution.

Haleon sales team and/or functional employees are responsible for promoting and selling all products of Haleon (including labor relations employers and their affiliated companies) within their jurisdiction or channels (nutritional health, over-the-counter drugs, oral health, and product categories that the company may expand and/or designate in the future) according to company arrangements.
