Job Description

Haleon is seeking a Senior Special Accounts Manager for the Santa Cruz Group (Sell-in). This role involves ensuring strategic leadership for key business accounts, specifically the Santa Cruz Group (GSC), by leading and building strategic meetings (JBP, channel review) with direct interaction with senior managers and directors of peer areas. The manager will oversee strategic and complex clients, drive sell-out results and market share, and influence strategic plans across various departments.
Must have:
  • Manage the most strategic and complex clients to ensure sell-out and market share results.
  • Plan, conduct, and lead business reviews and JBPs with key clients, interacting with senior client managers and directors.
  • Lead strategic and tactical client plans, influencing peer area managers like trade marketing and Category Management.
  • Advanced ability to solve complex client problems and provide valuable insights.
  • Be a reference in account management, contributing deep analysis and innovative solutions.
  • Completed Higher Education.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience serving the Santa Cruz GSC Group.
  • Experience in indirect channel sales (distribution, associativism, and small retail).
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Availability for travel.

*Ensure the strategic leadership of important business accounts such as (Santa Cruz Group - GSC).* *Leading and building strategic meetings (JBP, channel review) with direct relationship with senior managers and directors of peer areas:*

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the most strategic and complex clients with the greatest impact on the business, ensuring the sell-out and market share results expected by the company;
  • Plan, conduct, and lead business reviews and JBPs with the company's main clients, interacting in strategic forums with senior managers and client directors;
  • Lead strategic and tactical plans for your client, influencing managers of peer areas such as trade marketing and Category Management;
  • Advanced ability to solve complex client problems and bring valuable insights to the company;
  • Be a reference in account management within the company, contributing with deep analyses and innovative solution proposals;

  • Completed Higher Education;
  • Languages required for this position: English: Intermediate/Advanced;
  • Experience serving the Santa Cruz GSC Group;
  • Experience in indirect channel sales (distribution, associativism, and small retail);
