The role of the Consumer Insights & Analytics area is key to our mission of bringing health with humanity every day to our consumers. We are responsible for putting the consumer at the center of all our decisions, identifying relevant insights for the categories in which we operate, from various sources of information: market, consumers, and trends.
Must have:
  • Currently pursuing higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Design, Social Communication, or related fields
  • Period / Graduation Forecast: currently in the 4th period or later – with availability to complete 2 years of internship
  • Advanced English (will have contact with global teams)
  • Knowledge in Power BI
  • Analytical profile, good communication, and proactivity
  • Availability to work in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, 6 hours a day (Hybrid Model)
Good to have:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel

The role of the Consumer Insights & Analytics area is key to our mission of bringing health with humanity every day to our consumers. We are responsible for putting the consumer at the center of all our decisions, identifying relevant insights for the categories in which we operate, from various sources of information: market, consumers, and trends.

What you will do:

  • Assist in collecting data from various internal and external sources (Nicholas Hall, Mintel, IQVIA, Nielsen, Kantar);
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns and capture insights that support strategic decisions;
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics;
  • Support in conducting market research with Consumers - Qualitative and Quantitative, across various fronts such as Concept, Packaging, Price, Product, and Communication;
  • Support Marketing and Innovation teams by seeking insights from project histories, research, and market data;
  • Control and Management of Purchase Orders, Payments, and the area's Budget.

What you need to have:

  • Currently pursuing higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Design, Social Communication, or related fields;
