Job Description

Drive key projects for our Vitamins category, gaining hands-on experience in brand innovation, social media management, and data management – a perfect blend of learning and contributing to our team’s success! Key responsibilities include coordinating social media content for Scott's, managing approval processes, compiling and updating listing information for VMS brands, and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) for Scott’s Emulsion.

Must Have:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Role Purpose:

Drive key projects for our Vitamins category, gaining hands-on experience in brand innovation, social media management, and data management – a perfect blend of learning and contributing to our team’s success!

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Drive Social Media for Scott’s

  • Coordinate with the digital agency to plan social media content and calendar.
  • Manage the approval process (ProMotion and MAB) to ensure all content is compliant and timelines are met.

Listing Info Databank for VMS Brands

  • Collaborate with site, supply, sales, and agency teams to compile and update listing information for all VMS brands and variants.
  • Ensure the sales team has easy access to accurate and up-to-date product information.

Innovation for Scott’s Emulsion

  • Work with the site, project manager, and brand team to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) project for Scott’s Emulsion.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in consumer healthcare or FMCG is an advantage.
