Sales Manager

岗位职责：

1. 拓展市场，精准传递公司物流产品方案与服务信息；

2. 开发中国-东南亚跨境电商B2B物流客户，包括但不限于货运代理/集货卖家/跨境电商卖家客户/出海品牌等；

3. 维护与管理现有客户关系，管理并及时更新客户信息，促进货量的稳定及提升；

4. 收集市场信息和客户需求，有效反馈至产品团队，促进新产品开发及现有服务的改进与提升；

5. 针对客户业务阶段，及时主动提供针对性的物流解决方案，推动销售进程，拓展销售业绩；

6. 内外部团队紧密合作，协助管理客户物流全流程并及时反馈与介入，合理管理客户需求与期望，促进问题解决，推动物流业务的深入合作；

7. 完成个人业务指标与团队销售指标；

任职要求：

1. 物流管理，电子商务，市场营销或相关专业，大专以上学历；

2.具备三年或以上物流销售工作经验，善于洞察市场与客户开拓，具备东南亚跨境电商物流行业背景或资源网络者优先；

2. 热爱营销工作，具备良好人际沟通能力、责任心和团队意识；

3. 积极主动，销售业绩导向，能独立和迅速学习产品知识并达成月度业绩；

4. 熟悉办公软件操作，具备一定的英文沟通与理解能力；
