Field Sales Manager
About the role
The purpose of the Field Sales Manager’s role is to lead a team of pharmacy channel sales representatives, reaching excellence in execution of sales targets, performance and establishing advocacy programs
Role Responsibilities
Pharmacy Representative Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacy sales representatives.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and guidance.
Foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and excellence in pharmaceutical sales.
Sales Performance Management:
Track and report on key pharmaceutical sales metrics, including revenue, market share, and product adoption rates.
Execution and implementation of advocacy programs.
Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about pharmaceutical industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Conduct scanning research to identify potential growth areas and Health Care Providers' needs.
Sales Force Effectiveness Process Optimization:
Design and implement effective sales processes tailored to Haleon needs.
Monitor and analyse pharmacies sales data to in response to Customer Marketing Programs.
Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry best practices and regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
External Customer Relationships with Regional Pharmacy Chain
Collaborate with Kazakhstan Head of Sales - to develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Finance, Commercial.
FMCG Management Experience with a strong track record of successfully leading FMCG/FMCH sales teams.
A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
Proficiency in English: Fluent English or a strong commitment to achieving an "Advanced level" within 3-6 months.
Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel across key regions of Kazakhstan.
Preferred Qualifications:
Collaborative Team Player.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong execution leadership and stakeholders management.
Ability to find non-trivial solutions in managing field force team.
