Job Description

This Fleet Assistant role in Nusajaya, Johor, involves supporting the Station Head with daily operational tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting with driver route planning, managing shipments (receiving, returning, sorting), handling van inbound/outbound processes, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality policies. The assistant will also help maintain station infrastructure and cleanliness, and participate in safety and quality management programs. This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive and collaborative individual with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. No formal experience is required, making it suitable for fresh graduates.

Must Have:
  • Assist in planning driver routes.
  • Receive and return shipments.

  • Handle Latlong Parcel tasks.
  • Create PETs Tickets.
  • Monitor routes.
  • Manage route inbound processes.
  • Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent).
  • Comply with Fleet Operations SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Ensure proper keeping and updating of required documents.
  • Maintain station infrastructure and cleanliness.
  • Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
  • Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
  • Perform any other task instructed by superior.
  • Conform to Quality Management System, OH&S, and GDPMD requirements.
  • Ensure personal and others' safety.
  • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programs.

  • a. Receive & Return shipment
  • b. Sorting
  • c. Van Inbound
  • d. Latlong Parcel
  • e. PETs Ticket creation
  • f. Route Monitoring
  • g. Route Inbound
  • h. Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
  • Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
  • Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
  • Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
  • Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
  • Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
  • Any other task instructed by superior
  • Others:

1. Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements

2. Take care of own and others' safety.

3. Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements:

  • Age from 18 - 45 years old only.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No formal experience is required, though any prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal/strong analytical problem-solving skill;
