Job Description

As a Planner/Master Planner within the Industrial Production Equipment sector's Supply Chain department in Cholet, you will be responsible for the Industrial and Commercial Plan of an APRU, in conjunction with the associated commercial Business Line. Your role involves establishing and managing the S&OP process for your APRU, consolidating needs, validating production capacity, addressing discrepancies, and preparing planning scenarios. You will also be responsible for deploying the chosen scenario in the ERP, establishing the Master Production Schedule, and monitoring logistics KPIs.
Must Have:
  • Consolidate firm and forecast needs with the Business Line and the sales administration team.
  • Pilot the Supply Review to validate capacity and production commitment with the APRU Manager.
  • Address any discrepancies in collaboration with the APRU Production Manager.
  • Prepare and propose different scenarios for Pre-S&OP meetings.
  • Deploy the chosen scenario in the ERP after the planning cycle and establish the Master Production Schedule for the Scheduling function.
  • Participate in firm demand reviews and make finished products available to sales administration.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs for your product family and handle related corrective actions.
  • Ensure the maintenance of parameter settings.
  • Confirmed experience in planning.
  • Mastery of Industrial flows and Production processes.
  • Mastery of S&OP processes (Sales & Operations Planning process).
  • Daily use of Industrial Information Systems (especially SAP) and management tools.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and dashboards for activity and performance monitoring.

Your daily life

Between Nantes and Angers, close to the Atlantic coast, our site in Cholet, predominantly R&D with a strong industrial footprint, specializes in defense radio communications, satellite communication systems, and cybersecurity solutions.

By joining us, you will integrate the Industrial Production Equipment sector in the Supply Chain department as a Planner/Master Planner.

You will be responsible for the Industrial and Commercial Plan of an APRU, in conjunction with the associated commercial Business Line, responsible for client offers.

You are responsible for establishing and managing the S&OP process for your APRU.

In this capacity, your main missions consist of:

  • Consolidate firm and forecast needs with the Business Line and the sales administration team
  • Pilot the Supply Review in which you validate the capacity and production commitment with the APRU Manager,
  • Address any discrepancies in collaboration with the APRU Production Manager,
  • Prepare and propose different scenarios for Pre-S&OP meetings,
  • Deploy the chosen scenario in the ERP after the planning cycle and establish the Master Production Schedule for the Scheduling function,
  • Also participate in firm demand reviews and make finished products available to sales administration.

You monitor your logistics KPIs for your product family and handle related corrective actions and are responsible for maintaining the parameter settings.

Your profile

Are you from an engineering background or equivalent, with confirmed experience in planning?

Do you master Industrial flows and Production processes?

Do you master S&OP processes (Sales & Operations Planning process)?

Do you use Industrial Information Systems (particularly SAP) and management tools daily?

Are you comfortable with digital tools and dashboards that will allow you to manage your activity (analyses, decision support, etc.) as well as its performance?

Does your sense of collaboration allow you to work cross-functionally in multi-trades?

Have you demonstrated your agility and your daily adaptability?
