Job Summary

hy is an entrepreneurial partner that helps clients identify and implement promising growth opportunities for scalable new business models. As a Project Manager - Pricing, you will be responsible for the conception, steering, and execution of client projects focusing on pricing, sales, and go-to-market strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensure project excellence, and work independently on work packages, utilizing modern data analysis tools and AI-supported models for decision-making.

  • Act as an expert and sparring partner for clients and colleagues regarding pricing and monetization.
  • Think and act entrepreneurially, identifying pricing and implementation opportunities.
  • Translate transaction or market research data into concrete recommendations using BI tools and AI-supported analyses.
  • Help transfer analyses and learnings into standardized pricing frameworks and tools.
  • Shape the redefinition of management consulting through data-driven methods and modern technologies.

Good to Have

  • Sovereign and authentic presentation skills.
  • First practical experience with AI-supported automation of pricing processes (e.g., intelligent price recommendation systems, CPQ tools), predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-supported pricing.

Your Mission

  • You are responsible for the conception, steering, and execution of client projects with a focus on pricing, sales, and go-to-market strategies (e.g., pricing strategies for new ventures, implementation of value creation plans, development of pricing organizations, or market entry strategies for scale-ups).
  • You are a trusted person for our clients and colleagues and ensure the excellence and impact of the projects.
  • You work independently on your own work packages and are responsible for steering analyses as well as implementing and preparing client meetings and presentations. You use modern data analysis tools and AI-supported models (e.g., Python) for sound decision-making.
  • You are an expert and sparring partner for our clients and colleagues regarding pricing and monetization topics and can assess how digital tools and AI-supported analysis methods can support the decision-making process.
  • You think and act entrepreneurially, discover pricing and implementation opportunities with the client, and use data-driven methods and software solutions for analysis and optimization.
  • You translate transaction or market research data into concrete recommendations, relying on modern BI tools, automation solutions, and, where appropriate, AI-supported analyses.
  • You help us transfer analyses and learnings into standardized pricing frameworks and tools to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
  • As a team player, you shape our ambition to redefine management consulting - through the targeted use of data-driven methods and modern technologies in pricing consulting.

##### What we wish for

  • With at least 5 years of professional experience, you have already seen a lot - ideally, you have already worked as a consultant on pricing and/or gained relevant experience in startups or corporates.
  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, finance, management, or a similar field.
  • You have gained practical experience in consulting and/or in pricing and sales-related topics.
  • You are eager to support a high-performing team and help our clients alleviate their growth pains.
  • You are empathetic and solution-oriented in dealing with clients.
  • You have a strong interest in quantitative, analytical work and already have experience with AI-supported pricing & analytics tools (e.g., Python for ML models).
  • Pragmatism and organizational talent are in your blood.
  • You are passionate about what you do and strong in implementation.
  • You have knowledge of automated market observation with AI-supported tools for competitive analysis.
  • You negotiate equally well in German and English.
  • You exude team spirit, inspire others with your ideas, and find it easy to build trusting relationships with your team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
