Office Manager

Maintain the office environment, foster a family-like atmosphere, participate in budgeting, reporting, and document flow, manage suppliers and courier services, coordinate travel arrangements including tickets and accommodation, and assist with event organization and office decoration for holidays.

Must Have

• At least one year of working experience as an office manager/administrative/assistant
• Experience in planning business trips
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
