Job Summary

Growe is seeking an Employment Documentation Specialist to maintain and update personnel and contractor documentation. Key responsibilities include creating, preparing, and sending contracts, monitoring the signing process, ensuring proper collection and storage of signed documents, and assisting with other documentation-related and operational tasks. The role requires confidence in document handling, proficiency in MS Office, and intermediate English communication skills. Attention to detail, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued.

Must Have

  • Maintain and update personnel and contractor documentation
  • Create, prepare, and send contracts and agreements for signature
  • Monitor the signing process and follow up on unsigned documents
  • Ensure signed contracts are properly collected and stored
  • Keep documentation organized and up to date
  • Assist with other documentation-related and operational tasks
  • Confidence in working with documents and routine tasks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work carefully with details and deadlines
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English

  • Experience working with 1C (or similar accounting/HR systems) will be a plus.
