Middle Manual QA Engineer

Growe is seeking a Middle Manual QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and WEB testing, including at least 2 years in API and back-end services testing. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing test cases, maintaining documentation, executing various tests, reporting issues, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies, client-server architecture, UI/UX, Git Flow, SDLC, Agile, and experience with test case management tools.

Must Have

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to design effective test cases.
• Create and maintain testing documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
• Execute API testing, perform feature and regression testing on different stages.
• Analyze reasons for failed tests, report issues, and take corrective actions.
• Participate in process improvements to increase product quality and team performance.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, WEB testing.
• At least 2 years of experience testing APIs and back-end services.
• Strong understanding of software testing theory and methodologies.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture.
• Good understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Strong knowledge of different testing methods, test design techniques, and types.
• Familiarity with Git Flow.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile Concepts, and QA best practices across the SDLC.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS, JSON/XML.
• Experience with Test Case management Software (e.g. TestRail).
• Basic experience or understanding of automation testing process.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Playwright or similar testing frameworks.
• Experience in testing payment systems, processing transactions.
• Experience in DB queries (SQL).
